Questions
- What counts as a message?
- Your clerk’s replies, and only those. What your customers type is free, and so is everything you and your staff do in the admin. A conversation runs about four or five replies.
- What happens if I hit the limit?
- We email you at 80%. The clerk keeps answering — it never goes quiet on a customer standing in your shop. You add a pack of 2,500 replies for $75, or move up a plan.
- Is there a trial?
- No. We set the shop up with you first — your catalogue, your facts, your staff — and the setup fee covers that work. Book a demo and we will show you a real shop running.
